Hi, I’m McKenzie. Founder of Kenz Aesthetics & Skin Co.
Becoming a physician assistant and pursuing aesthetic medicine has been a dream of mine for many years. I graduated from California Baptist University with my Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies in 2019 and have dedicated the past seven years to the art and science of aesthetic medicine.
Originally from California, I began my career practicing aesthetic medicine there for three years before relocating to Tennessee in 2022. Over the years, I have had the privilege of leading and helping grow established aesthetic practices, refining not only my clinical expertise, but also my vision for what intentional, patient-centered aesthetic care should be.
I specialize in aesthetic injectables and advanced skin health, with a particular passion for non-toxic, intentional skin care. While I love all aspects of wellness and beauty, neuromodulators and dermal fillers remain my favorite because when done thoughtfully, they create natural, balanced results that preserve expression and enhance confidence.
There is both science and artistry in what I do. My approach is rooted in anatomy, precision, and restraint, guided by an eye for harmony and balance.
